How a licence happens
Seven steps, each one recorded and verifiable.
Identity verification
Verified through a licensed provider to confirm the face and the ID belong to the same person. Liveness data is not retained.
Separate consent
A standalone page, item-by-item, nothing pre-ticked. We record the version, the full-text hash and the sequence of ticks.
Asset intake
Multi-angle capture, automated quality assessment, then human review. Originals are envelope-encrypted, one key per image.
Matching
Studios filter by role requirements. Performers can pre-exclude genres and role types they will not accept.
Per-use confirmation
Before each licence the performer sees the studio's full legal name, the work, the purpose and the fee, and decides within 72 hours.
Watermarked delivery
Each download embeds a unique payload, behind a time-limited link with a capped number of copies.
Certificate issued
A licence certificate and chain-of-consent report are issued and sealed with a trusted timestamp.
